Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Cup Cup app, operated by Cup Cup LLC ("Cup Cup," "we," "us"). By using the app, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. The service

Cup Cup lets you browse a menu, customize and place pickup orders from a Cup Cup location, and optionally join the Cup Cup Club loyalty program. Payment is currently pay-at-pickup only; the app does not process online payments today.

2. Your account

Cup Cup issues every device an anonymous sign-in session automatically; no sign-up with an email or password is required to place an order. Joining Cup Cup Club attaches a name, phone number, and loyalty profile to that session.

You may permanently delete your account at any time from More → Delete account inside the app. See our Privacy Policy for exactly what is deleted and what is retained. Deletion is final and cannot be undone by us on your behalf.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the name, phone number, and other information you provide, and for keeping your device secure since it holds your sign-in session.

3. Orders and pickup

  • Orders are for pickup only at the location you select; Cup Cup does not offer delivery today.
  • Prices, item availability, and preparation times are as shown in the app at the time of ordering and are subject to change.
  • Payment is due at pickup.
  • Cancellation: you may cancel an order before preparation starts, directly in the app. Once preparation has started, cancellation or refund is at Cup Cup’s discretion.

4. Cup Cup Club loyalty program

  • Membership is free and optional.
  • Stamps are awarded only when staff confirms an eligible order at pickup; placing an order does not by itself earn a stamp.
  • Rewards, once earned, may be redeemed according to the terms shown in the app at redemption time. Cup Cup may adjust the loyalty program’s terms (stamps required, reward value) prospectively; changes will not remove stamps or rewards you had already earned as of the change.
  • Deleting your account permanently forfeits any unredeemed stamps or rewards — see our Privacy Policy, Section 6.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app, including: attempting to forge, replay, or tamper with loyalty or redemption codes; attempting to access another customer’s account or order; or interfering with the app’s normal operation. Cup Cup may investigate suspected abuse using the retained security/anti-fraud records described in our Privacy Policy, and may suspend or refuse service in response to confirmed abuse.

6. Intellectual property

The Cup Cup name, logo, and app content are owned by Cup Cup LLC or its licensors. You may not use them without permission.

7. Disclaimers

The app and the Cup Cup service are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, except to the extent such warranties cannot be excluded under applicable law. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times, or that item availability, pricing, or preparation times shown in the app will always be perfectly accurate.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Cup Cup LLC’s total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the app or these Terms is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim, and Cup Cup LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we will update the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Armenia, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the app that cannot be resolved informally is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of Armenia, in Yerevan.
