Delete from the app
Open Cup Cup, go to More, choose Delete account, and follow the confirmation steps. The in-app flow sends the deletion request directly to Cup Cup's account service.
Request deletion without the app
Email info@cupcup.am with the subject “Cup Cup account deletion request”. Include enough information for us to identify the account, such as your sign-in email, name or the phone number used on a recent order. If available, also include your Cup Cup Club member code or a recent order number.
Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or other unnecessary sensitive information. Cup Cup does not need card details to process an account-deletion request.
We may ask for additional information only when necessary to verify that the request relates to your account before completing deletion.
What is deleted
Successful deletion removes your Cup Cup Club profile, member code, points balance, legacy stamps and rewards, push registrations under that account, and your Firebase sign-in account. It does not delete your Google or Apple account.
Past orders are kept for accounting purposes; matched orders lose your name, phone number and order note. Transaction, loyalty, recovery, delivery and security records can retain identifiers that connect them to an account. Historical diagnostic reports and every local service cache are not automatically erased. These records are not all anonymous. See the Privacy Policy for retention limits and privacy requests.
