Delete from the app
Open Cup Cup, go to More, choose Delete account, and follow the confirmation steps. The in-app flow sends the deletion request directly to Cup Cup's account service.
Request deletion without the app
Email info@cupcup.am with the subject “Cup Cup account deletion request”. Include enough information for us to identify the account, such as your name and the phone number used on a recent order. If available, also include your Cup Cup Club member code or a recent order number.
Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or other unnecessary sensitive information. Cup Cup does not need card details to process an account-deletion request.
We may ask for additional information only when necessary to verify that the request relates to your account before completing deletion.
What is deleted
Deleting your account removes your Cup Cup Club profile, member code, loyalty stamps, rewards, and the authentication identity associated with the account.
Past order records may be retained where needed for accounting, fraud prevention, or other legitimate legal obligations, but the account-deletion process removes your name, phone number, and order note from those retained records. See the Privacy Policy for the complete retention description.
